I created Holy Shift! 2026 because I kept meeting people who were tired of pushing—spiritually, emotionally, and physically.
So many of us know what to do, but we’re exhausted from trying to do it all alone. This class isn’t about fixing yourself or becoming someone new. It’s about learning how to live from safety, truth, joy, and presence—one season at a time.
I wanted to create a space where being human is enough, where growth happens gently, and where we remember that we don’t have to rush our becoming.
